Format & Rules

2026 Ayers Hoops March Madness Pool

How It Works

  1. Pick 12 teams from the full field of 64 before the tournament begins. You are picking teams you believe will advance deep into the tournament — not filling out a bracket.
  2. Earn points each time one of your 12 teams wins a game. Points are awarded per round won and scale by seed — lower seeds (bigger upsets) earn more points per win.
  3. Cumulative scoring — points are earned for each round a team wins, not just the final round they reach. A #16 seed that makes a surprising run earns points in every round they win.
  4. Most points wins. The leaderboard updates live as game results are entered.
